16 July	Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) awarded a RM997.22mil contract to UEMC-Bina Puri JV the Construction of 2^nd Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA2).
21 - 23 July	Bina Puri Sdn Bhd / Bina Puri Construction Sdn Bhd successfully passed the first fully integrated Surveillance Audit on ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 / MS 1722: Part 1:2005 and ISO 14001:2004.
1 June	YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Wong Foon Meng was appointed as the new Chairman of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd.
6 May	New contract secured the “Proposed Design, Construct, Complete and Commissioning the Development of UITM Campus Kampong Pinang in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak (RM 306.9 million)
May	Bina Puri Mining Ventures Sdn Bhd invested in power supply venture in P.T. Megapower Makmur, to operate 2 power plants in Bangka Island, Indonesia.
2009
15 April	Bina Puri Holdings Bhd secured the “Development of 2,000 houses for the National Housing Scheme of Brunei Darussalam” (RM 691.7 million)
31 March	Completion of New Dewan Undangan Negeri at Petra Jaya, Kuching Sarawak (RM 228.9 million).
13 Jan	Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd. Was awarded the “International Achievement Award” during MCIEA 2008 for the outstanding completion of Bangplee, Nadee and Kraesebon in Thailand.
2008
22 July	Secured contract from MRCB Engineering Sdn Bhd for Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) Johor Bahru – Design, Construct and Complete Main Line Bridge, Ramp A, B, C and D (RM 293.0 million).
5 June	A Contract Signing with KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Berhad appointing Mudajaya Corporation Bhd as the Turnkey Contractor for the KLS Expressway.(RM958 million). The construction works start on 28 October 2008.
2007
16 Dec	Bina Puri – Zublin JV won the Contractor Award G7 in the Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Award (MCIEA) 2007 for the Capital Square Condominium Project.
29 Aug	Bina Puri secured contract for Housing Development Phase VI for Defense Housing Authority (DHA) in Lahore, Pakistan (RM185.0 million).
June	Maskimi Polyol Sdn Bhd penetrated into the PU Flexible Foam industry.
18 June	SPK – Bina Puri JV signed a Contract Agreement with Al Tamouh Investments LLC to construct the Residential Tower, Commercial and Recreational Development of Al Reem Island (AED 490.7 million ( RM470.5 million).
19 March	Official opening of the new Regional Office in Bangna Business Complex, Bangkok, Thailand by the HE Dato’ Shaarani Ibrahim, Malaysian Ambassador to Thailand

25 Nov	Official Launching of the Jesselton Condominium in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
17 May	Ground Breaking for the Bangplee Project Site in Bangkok, and signing of Joint Venture Agreement between Bina Puri Thailand Ltd, Deva Property Public Co. Ltd. for Low Cost Housing at eight different locations in Bangkok.
25 Feb	Completion of Road from Nangoh to Paitan, Sabah. (RM 303.8 million)

31 Dec	Completion of East-West Road, Phase II, West Section, Package IV (Kupang - Gerik) (RM 224.6 million).
19 Nov	Grand Celebration of Bina Puri 30^th Anniversary Luncheon at Sunway Lagoon Resort Bandar Sunway.
28 March	Bina Puri–Zublin JV was awarded two (2) contract the “Construction and completion of remaining works for proposed construction and completion of 1 block of 180 units Condominium 1 on Lot 160, Section 40, Jalan Raja Abdullah/Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Kuala Lumpur’ and “ The Proposed Retail Centre and Signature Offices of Capital Square Development on Lot 159, Section 40, Jalan Raja Abdullah/Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Kuala Lumpur” by Capital Square Sdn Bhd. The total The total contract sum for the above is RM 182 million.
28 Feb	10 most outstanding staff were conferred the ‘Best Employee Award 2004’ and Sg Long Industries Sdn Bhd was as the ‘Best Plant Award for 2004’. YB Dato’ Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, the Deputy Minister of Tourism Malaysia presented the award to the winners.

28 Dec	Bina Puri Machinery Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd was awarded the “Earthworks and Associated Works to the Proposed Forest Resort Development in Rawang, Gombak’ by Spanland Sdn Bhd. The total contract sum for the above works is RM 9.180 million
27 Dec	Bina Puri Holdings Bhd through Madhucon-Bina Puri Consortium (MBPC) received Letter of Award from Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (APHB), India for the development of 9.04 acres of prime land near High Tech City of Hyderabad, India. The total development value of the project is estimated at Rs1,800 million (approximately RM150 million).
12 Dec	Bina Puri Group of Companies held its Family Fest at Stadium Juara, Kompleks Sukan Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. A total of 1036 staff and family members attended the Family Fest. YB Datuk Ong Tee Keat, Deputy Minister of Youth & Sports Malaysia officiated the event.
30 August	The Government of Malaysia through JKR Sabah awarded a RM 227.3 million contract ‘MEMBINA JALAN SIPITANG-TENOM (JALAN PANTAI-KEMABONG) to Konsortium DPBSH-BPHB-AGSB Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd.
17 August	Bina Puri Construction Sdn Bhd successfully completed the construction and development of the New Printing Press at Lot 50 & 51, Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya Selangor for Pemandangan Sinar Sdn Bhd.
17 August	Bina Puri Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd was awarded a contract ‘FOR THE PROPOSED 15-HOTEL COMPLEX ON LOT 2095 (AMALGATION & SUBDIVISION OF LOT 616, 989 & PART OF STATE LAND ON LOT 615), BLOCK 4, SIBU TOWN DISTRICT, JALAN KAMPUNG NYABOR, SIBU from Regalia Ritz Enterprise Sdn Bhd. The total contract is RM 54.4 million.
25 June	Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd was awarded the Demolition & Site Preparation works by Morakot Industries Public Company Limited. The total contract sum is Baht 48,300,000.00 (which is equivalent to RM 4.83 million). This is followed by the awarding the Main and Auxiliary Building works for the proposed factory expansion with contract sum of Bath 120.4 million (equivalent to RM 12 million).
22 June	Maskimi Venture Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd was recognized as a gold member of the Gold Priority Club Membership by MCIS-Zurich Insurance Bhd.
29 May	The Malaysian Embassy and Ambassador Residence building in Beijing, China was graciously officiated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
14 March	Successful completion of Malaysian Ambassador’s Residence in Beijing, China. Bina Puri Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd is the design and build contractor for the above project.
26 Feb	12 most outstanding staff were conferred the ‘Best Employee Award 2003’ and Nangoh-Paitan Project Project was selected as the ‘Best Site’ year 2003. On the same day, nine children of Bina Puri staff who excel in their studies received their Scholarship. Yang Berhormat Dato’ Hon Choon Kim, Deputy Minister of Education presented the award to the winners and scholarship recipients.
5 Feb	The Chittorgarh-Mangalwar National Highway Project in Rajasthan, India was successfully completed 2 ½ months ahead of schedule. On 11th Feb 2003, the project was inaugurated by Major General B.C Khanduri (Retd), Honourable Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways, India.
