Bina Puri Group of Companies was founded on 5 June 1975 by Dr. Tony Tan Cheng Kiat, the Founder Director of Bina Puri Sdn Bhd. Since then, the Group has come a long way, starting with only a small building contract for the Police Station and Staff Quarters in Kepong for the Public Works Department.

Achievement

Bina Puri Holdings Bhd through its unit, Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd, was awarded the "International Achivement Award" during the Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Award, MCIEA 2008 for the outstanding completion of projects in Thailand namely, Bangplee, Nadee and Kraseobon in 2008.
